In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Allison, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Harvey, Winter Storm Uri, and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Greater Houston Community Foundation played an important role in addressing the immediate and long-term needs of the Greater Houston area and the Gulf Coast. When hard times strike, we partner with local governments, foundations, and other nonprofits like the United Way of Greater Houston to leverage our respective resources and expertise to help gather and distribute financial resources to agencies providing direct relief.
